Partitioning
Partitioning
Partitioning is the quick, clean and cost effective way to divide and define space within an existing building. Whether you need to create offices on the warehouse floor, separate a production area from a store, enclose a clean room, build a secure stock cage or simply give staff a quiet meeting space, the right partition system lets you reorganise your premises without the cost and upheaval of structural building work.
Divide and define your space quickly and cleanly, with no major building work.
Solutions for every requirement
We supply and install a full range of partitioning to suit different needs and budgets. Solid plasterboard or steel faced partitions provide a permanent, fully finished wall that can be decorated, fitted with doors and glazing and made indistinguishable from traditional construction. Demountable systems offer the same clean appearance while remaining easy to move and reconfigure as your needs change. Where light, supervision or fire separation is important, glazed and part glazed partitions and mesh partitioning provide the answer.
Industrial mesh partitioning is particularly popular for creating secure storage cages, plant and machinery guarding, tool stores and segregated areas within a warehouse. It is strong, see through and quick to install, and can be fitted with hinged or sliding doors and serving hatches to suit the way you work.
Fire rating and compliance
Where partitions are used to separate areas for fire safety, or to enclose offices beneath a mezzanine, fire rated systems offering thirty, sixty or more minutes of protection can be specified, along with the necessary doors, glazing and intumescent details. We can advise on the requirements that apply to your project and ensure the finished installation meets the relevant standards.
Partitioning combines naturally with our other products. A mezzanine floor might have partitioned offices beneath it, a warehouse might use mesh partitioning to create a secure bonded store among the pallet racking, and a suspended ceiling can be added above partitioned offices to complete a comfortable, well finished working environment.
Fast, clean and flexible
One of the great advantages of partitioning is the speed and cleanliness of installation. Unlike traditional building work, a partition system can transform your space in a fraction of the time, with far less mess and disruption to your day to day operation, and most systems can be altered or extended later as your needs change. This makes partitioning ideal for growing businesses that need to adapt their premises quickly, whether that means adding a new office, enclosing a quality control area, creating a secure stores or simply giving the workforce a comfortable break room.
