Pallet racking is the backbone of the modern warehouse and the most widely used storage system in the world. Adjustable, strong and endlessly configurable, it provides safe, organised and highly accessible storage for palletised goods of almost every kind. Flexible and fully adjustable
The system is built from upright frames and horizontal beams that lock together to form bays of storage. Beam levels are fully adjustable on a close pitch, so the racking can be set up to suit a wide variety of pallet heights and reconfigured at any time as your stock profile changes. This adjustability, combined with a huge range of frame heights and beam lengths, means a pallet racking scheme can be tailored precisely to your products, your building and your handling equipment.
Conventional wide aisle racking gives direct access to every pallet, which is ideal where you carry many different product lines and need to pick any pallet at any time. Where space is tighter or capacity is the priority, we can specify narrow aisle, double deep, push back or other higher density variants, and add accessories such as mesh decks, drum cradles, beam connectors and pallet support bars to suit unusual or non standard loads.
Safe, protected and inspected
Because pallet racking carries heavy loads at height and works in a busy environment of moving fork lift trucks, safety is paramount. We design every installation to SEMA standards, fitting load notices, column guards, end barriers and rack protection to keep both the racking and your people safe. Our installation teams are SEMA trained and hold CSCS cards, and we are members of CHAS and Constructionline.
We also offer a full rack inspection service, providing a written report using the SEMA recommended red, amber and green traffic light system, a site layout illustrating where any damage has occurred, and a clear schedule of the remedial work required, supported by photographs. Regular inspection is a key part of keeping any racking installation safe and compliant.
